Mother’s Workshop @SAS

“Tell me and I forget,
Show me and I remember
Involve me and I learn”.

We at SAS believe in the above saying by Benjamin Franklin.
In support, the Pre Primary section conducted their first Mothers’ Workshop for the session 2018-19 where in many enthusiastic mothers were present .
The teaching methodology shouldn’t decipher with kids at home from school was the perspective of the workshop.
Mothers were made familiar with the -importance of phonics , formations , vocabulary building , sight words in languages , -concepts of math and pre math, -activities to bring environmental awareness etc.
Above all mothers were also encouraged to make their kids independent by allotting a few responsibilities which will help in their child’s all round development. For the Nursery children more emphasis was given on developing fine and gross motor skills to enhance their holistic development.
